guess what? I'M GOING TO NUS FOR A FIVE-DAY RESIDENTIAL SEMINAR!!! YAY ME!!! cool right? i get to live, eat and study like a uni student for five whole days!!! haha. well, that's old news. don't try to contact me from friday until tuesday! i'll be in malaysia.

i'm nervous now. very nervous. it's the way the computer keeps staring at me. mocking me slowly. it's the way my coffee cup (yes, i do drink coffee) sits on my table watching me. it's the way this damned keyboard mocks me when i have nothing to type. it's because i have to do a portfolio of my literary works and now i'm nervous that i'm not good enough. i always fancied my name in black and white, a byline under the headlines. i always preferred to take congratulations for my writing instead of music. weird ain't it? when all we could do last time was sit around and say that we were gonna be a rock star someday. and now i'm writing because i'm stuck - yet AGAIN. dear me, i do hope it's enough.

i survived the second day of school. lucky me right? our maths teacher this year - mrs oui - was... strict, if you catch my drift. she can remember names remarkably! i'm so honoured that she can remember mine already.

dnt was boring - as usual. mdm chan seemed different this year, or maybe it's because i haven't been in her class for the past six months. maybe her demeanor sweetened since last year since i first met her. i still keep getting the feeling that she keeps looking at me. maybe she's just good at eye contact. *sigh* six months to homec.

history - no comment? the teacher's nice, i didn't really catch her name at the beginning - eighteen years old fresh out of jc, ex-kcian. she seems alittle blur, in a good way. not those kind of blur blur way, but in a kind of distracted way.

we had to choose between drama and LAP this year for our dl lessons. i think practically everyone picked drama. or maybe not.
