So I guess it's back to the drawing board ): interviewing Mrs Ng was a total flop. She directed all our questions back at us! Like, I guess it wasn't as well-researched as I thought.

It's that time of the year when you feel like singing and dancing. That's right: EMDD and BMW are just right around the corner. Many preparations are being undertaken for it. I <3>

I'd just like to point out now that I'm still in the HSM-throes of ecstasy. Let's start singing! HAHAHA. Confession: I am absolutely positively CRAZY over High School Musical!

But it's still school. Busy week ahead. Best wishes to me, myself and I (:

the start of something new.

Let's not get me started with my whims and fancies and muse over mindless and nonsensical tasks. It's time for what we really hate.

REALITY CHECK.

Normally I'd be estatic that we'd be going back to school after a boring, hair-pulling, frustrating month of holidays but this time it has just been one time too hectic. What with spliting time between debate, EMDD and homework, there was just no time to put my feet up.

WORSE STILL. I haven't completed my homework yet. Well, only English left anyway.

It just didn't feel like a holiday. It was a working disaster. AWWW... now doesn't that make me feel grown up? Like me on a working holiday the folks ALWAYS take. HAH. But there are still a few kicks left in being a Child-In-Transition (AKA a teen(:), that is, you can still watch Disney without anyone belittling you for being childish.

And I know this Child-In-Transition is going to watch Disney tomorrow night. I like to think of it as the back-to-school movie event. High School Musical, here I come!

the world can see us, and it's different from who we are.

As usual the spams and scams flood into my email inbox, but what catches my eye is a long old chain email sent by an old friend. It goes as such:

Hey everyone, I don't normally send this sort of stuff out but I had a look on the internet and it's actually true . On the 1st of November , we will have to pay for the use of our MSN and email accounts unless we send this message to at least 18 contacts on your contact list. It's no joke if you don't believe me then go to the site ( http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/1189119.stm ) and see for yourself. Anyways once you've sent this message to at least 18 contacts, your MSN dude will become blue. please copy and paste and don't forward otherwise people won't take notice of it.

Yes, it's that usual chain email we always ignore. And I finally went to check that article out. You can imagine the mirth I felt when I found another related article there; 'Thousands fall for Hotmail prank' by Tim Weber ( http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/4778046.stm ).

The new article dated 8 March 2006, ridiculed (for lack of a better word) us for falling for that 'ol prank. The former article was published on 25 February 2001, one year after the dotcom crash. I felt gobsmacked that I near believed in it, even if it was just for a minute.

So the morale of the story? Always check your dates, and don't be fooled.

we are but just the words to our poem.

I won't lie and say that these past few days have been a bomb, *ahem* to a certain extent it was. HAHA. The first day was so-so, second day was absolutely dreadful and the third and the final day was fun. Too bad Double S's amazing race did not take off as planned. In fact, it went wayward. And aren't ya sad Double S's and Absolute Ninnys only had their KFC gossip session on one day? HAHAS.

I just got brilliant inspiration for my political essay! I am going to make fun of it! YAY ME!!! Let's see, we shall divide it into three components: education, gay rights and should I include condoms? LOL. Thank debate for this brilliant stroke of genius! Anyway, one more week left!

it's in your eyes.

Like three more days to debate camp? Aren't ya psyched? Okay, the only reason I'm psyched is because Saman and I are organising an Amazing Race themed game for them. Right, last minute preparations. Sometimes, planning and helping is as fun as playing the game itself! I mean, you can sit beside them deviously watching them and laughing at how absurd they are. It also saves you the humiliation of doing silly stuff too(: *hint hint* oh well, it is rather rush so I do hope that everything will be able to run smoothly.

Thanks to everybody station master-ing for us! You all are life savers!

Hah. The schedules are out, and I'm packed. It seems like fun though. No pain, no gain! I'll probably be out late from Monday to Wednesday! Lectures lectures and lectures galore! LOL.

KFC gossip session again with the usual gang, despite our reservations to go to Pastamania. This time Amanda forgot to bring the bucks; poor her sharing with Ning! LOL. Well, the main topic was about camp camp camp. No biggie there! Saman and I were up planning at my house till 7. Hardworking eh? Anyway, it's back to the drawing board now.

english and chinese - incomplete!

I guess you can say that I'm at a loss for words...

I guess you can say many things now...

It's rare that I'm at a loss for words...

It's rare that you can say many things too...

Oh damn. Have to research 11 debate motions for BOTH sides. God, take pity on me. Pfft. 2 for tomorrow's debate, another 9 for camp. I know it sounds silly but I don't want to debate at debate camp. I want to PLAY. All day long. Play till the sun goes down and it's too dark to play anymore. Oh, but I am looking forward to gossip session NOT at KFC. Lol. Pastamania maybe? Oh someone remind Ningrong to bring her money or else she can just drink water (I am evil).

I haven't started English homework yet, or rather I started and didn't want to finish it ): that's too bad really.

Let's backtrack for a minute and ponder over the mysteries of our lives. Were we born to bring something to this world? Why were we made as we are? Why can't we be just like that girl? Many questions fill that big head of mine. I'm inclined to believe that the great unknown enjoys us finding out stuff one by one, little by little. I'd like to believe that that pesky unknown put me in this world for a reason, though for what I still have to find out. Ah well, so many questions and that little time.

a poem is the song of my heart.

'The modest Rose puts forth a thorn,
The humble sheep a threat'ning horn:
While the Lily white shall in love delight,
Nor a thorn nor a threat stain her beauty bright.'
-The Lily by William Blake

Isn't it weird that my favourite poets are from the Romantic Age? William Blake will always be near and dear to my heart. His poems are meaningful. I just <3>

my flaws are what makes me perfect.
